Laser coding,

on almost all surfaces.
Due to the product’s surface,
material type and resistance;
burning or coding happens with laser
ray and available height. In such
process; the product applied should
change color when burned, should
have two different color layers so
the top layer is scraped after burn
or should be carved with thickness.
These properties determine the
property of the machine; when the
material’s type changes, the watt
changes due to burning force. It
will be 10w, 20w or 30w in its own
area. There is no maintanence cost
or consumable expenditure. Unlike
inkjets, it can print on lines that
are not continuous. It is very
successful on continuous lines,
expecially on plastic bottle water
and fast production lines. |
